Shea’s persuasive attitude, relentless perseverance, stellar negotiating skills and unprecedented personal service, including guaranteeing clients a one-hour response time, have all attributed to her tremendous success.
Her approach to selling a house goes well beyond putting a house on the MLS. Shea’s innovative marketing strategies take her client’s properties the extra mile, resulting in several major accolades as a result. She has had several of her listings featured in major media outlets such as The Globe and Mail, Toronto Life and Toronto Star.
Shea’s background in television and publicity at Global Television, CTV and the Discovery Channel with millions of dollars in sales has helped to shape her unique selling model. In addition to this sales and marketing experience, Shea and her husband, a leading home builder, have built and flipped ‘as-is’ properties themselves. This personal experience has proved invaluable with her builder and renovator clients as she can offer them additional support and counsel in the area of renovation, foundation and design.

Elaine Raino has been working in residential property styling since 2011 and has worked with some of the top Realtors in the city. Her philosophy on preparing a home for sale is simple; make buyers feel as if they are home from the second they lay eyes on a house by creating a warm, welcoming and layered pallet that is neutral enough for potential buyers to imagine their own families living there.
